We build the necessary tools, molds, and complete fixtures as well as replacement parts for cutter and bender tools according to your specific requirements.
Having our own tool shop permits high flexibility and rapid turn-around for tool repairs and changes. For new projects, we are able to implement any customer requests in a short time.
We specialize in:
• Ultrafine engraving with a contour width starting at 0.06 mm
• Coordinate grinding tasks
• Diamold contour grinding
• hardened metal grinding and cavity sinking
• Milling up to 65 HRL degrees of hardness

Our tool manufacturing plant is equipped with:
• Hauser coordinate grinding tool
• Deckel Maho 5–axis CNC milling center
• Kuhlmann CNC engraving machines, profile grinding attachment (Diaform)
• Tschudin cylindrical grinding machine (inside and out)
• Zimmer+Kreim cavity sinking
• Mitsubishi wire erosion machines
In some areas, like surface refinement, water torch or laser welding, we work seamlessly with our well established, permanent partners, so that with raro you need only ever deal with one contact person.
